Please read over our booking policies & terms for our Event Services.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS: All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve your requested date & time. The requested service must be booked at least 60 days before the event. The final payment is due 14 days before the event. If for some reason you need to extend your due date YOU MUST CALL US BEFORE your final payment date. If no payment has been made on final due date the event will be canceled and non refunded - NO EXCEPTIONS. If the service is booked with less than 60 days before the event a FULL nonrefundable payment will be due when booking + a $50 last minute fee. We accept cash & cash app payments. You may also visit any LMCU and give our name to submit a payment into our account instantly! Please note when paying with cash app a $5 fee will be added to each payment.
SETUP: We require a minimum of 2 hours setup time frame for all requests. Some setups may take longer (this will be discussed prior to payment). All tables & chairs must be set up to your preference prior to us arriving. WE DO NOT SET UP TABLES & CHAIRS. Please ensure this is taken care of before we arrive so our team can have the proper setup time needed for your event. Event setups include Setup & Breakdown of our decor only. Please note we do NOT clean up after events.
RENTALS: All Decor is rented. Please do not take, break or misuse our decor and products. If any decor is not returned or broken there will be a charge of atleast $100 & if not paid within 14 days legal action will be taken.
RESCHEDULE: You must call to reschedule before your final payment is due. We will work with you on rescheduling as best as we can, some dates may not be available & we will provide you with our next available dates. In the event you reschedule for a later date we aren't available for we will refund 30% of your deposit within 30 days. Please note, if you reschedule after your final payment has been made and we aren't available you will receive 30% of your final payment back only within 30 days.
CANCELLATION: Due to the high amount of requests we receive for bookings and time put into each customer who books with us we have a YOU CANCEL = NO REFUND cancellation Policy. Meaning if you choose to cancel your event at any point you will have 4 months to request a booking again, all payments made will be applied. If you do not request a booking within 4 months you will forfeit all payments. In the event we have to cancel your event, you will receive a full refund within 60 days.
UNSATISFACTORY: In the event you are not satisfied with your setup & we aren't able to fix the issue you MUST let the team know PRIOR to them leaving the event to receive a 50% refund within 60 days; We will not issue refunds once we have checked out and left the event - NO EXCEPTIONS.
TRAVEL FEE: For any service outside of Grand Rapids City limits there will be a travel fee. Please note travel fees are round trip and do not apply to the Kentwood, Wyoming or Grandville area. Travel fees start at $15.
